Each company provides product development, regulatory affairs, quality systems, and program management consulting services for the medical device industry. Under this Agreement, Matrix Medical Devices now offers Clients a greater range of expertise, from an integrated Consultancy staff of Matrix Medical and REU Associates, including Ray Ursick, Founder of REU Associates, as well as a network of support contractors and partners.
Recognizing the synergy between the two companies, Stephanie Harrington, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Matrix Medical Devices and Ray Ursick, President and Founder, REU Associates, agreed to partner to expand the breadth and depth of expertise for its Clients. “A fundamental capability that makes this partnership unique is our ability now to assist both domestic and international startup and established medical products companies across the full spectrum of their needs, providing rapid access to markets for domestic and foreign companies looking to enter the healthcare marketplace” said REU Associates, President Raymond Ursick.
